ppivip Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ppivip platform at ppivip.vip (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. ppivip reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out herein or who has previously violated these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ppivip with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or representations — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ppivip Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which the account remains active:

• You are aged 18 years or older. ppivip applies a strict 18+ age policy with no exceptions. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or contractor of ppivip, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are personally responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing a bet. ppivip does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To use the full features of the Platform you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

ppivip reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify your identity at any time, including copies of a national ID card, passport, bank statement, or mobile money account confirmation (such as a bKash or Nagad account verification). This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ppivip employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ppivip will close the additional accounts, void any bonuses claimed, and may retain any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ppivip will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ppivip support at [email protected] immediately. ppivip may suspend your account temporarily while an investigation is conducted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

ppivip accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ppivip does not charge any fee on deposits processed through local mobile banking services.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and refunded. ppivip reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the ppivip finance team on a 24/7 basis. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the most recent deposit where technically possible.

ppivip reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity has been flagged by our risk monitoring systems. In such cases, ppivip will notify you of the required documentation and will aim to complete the review within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

4.3 Currencies

The Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction, which may differ from interbank rates.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

ppivip offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's terms page.

• Bets placed on certain game types (for example, some live dealer table games) may contribute at a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have a validity period stated in the individual promotion. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• ppivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus before a change is applied will not be adversely affected by that change in relation to the accepted bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ppivip actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, placing bets on both sides of an outcome to lock in profit, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and low-risk mechanical wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, ppivip reserves the right to void the bonus, any associated winnings, and to close the account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market. In the event of a sports event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules. ppivip reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of the event is in question.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software provided by our partner game studios, which include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, ppivip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. Winnings derived from a software malfunction are not considered valid and will not be paid. ppivip's decision in relation to malfunction voids is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ppivip Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and any winnings voided:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or if online gaming is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on the Platform without the express written consent of ppivip.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks against deposits made to the Platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppivip staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppivip's total aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppivip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if ppivip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ppivip does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside ppivip's reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, internet service disruptions, and cyber-attacks) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ppivip will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

8.1 Amendments to These Terms

ppivip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ppivip will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

8.2 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days. ppivip is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently.
